I am beyond mad! I don't have very much money and work hard for the money I do have! My card has been charged multiple times. I... went on my lunch break Sunday at 3 paid 11 for my food and for some reason your system keeps charging me 11 over and over untilit drained my account thank god I only had 14.75 because after it charged 11 then 3.75 followed by 7 insufficient fundstransactions. I called them and the lady said they were aware of the issue and that it should be taken care of by the end ofday. With that in mind I unlocked my card so I could door dash and use the money I made for gas and food tomorrow. The money hasnot went back on my account which I figure could take a few days so it is what it is but now I'm hot because they charged meagain tonight I just locked my card again so they were only able to get it once but now what am I supposed to do. I literallylive day to day and now I'm put into a bind over splurging one day and eating with yall. I need a resolution and fast please! Read more

Saw an employee handling food without gloves. Immediately walked out and went somewhere else. I will not return to this Arby's.... Sad. I love Arby's. Nasty people had to ruin it ???? Read more

Tried to get a milkshake 3 days out of the week last week and was told it wasn't working and that it was freezing up. Usually... I'm happy with this Arby's but that was really disappointing since they're the only ones with the jamocha shake for a dollarduring happy hour. I'm still craving one. I only gave it one star because I had to in order to write this. The lady at the counter was not nice, then I asked for a... sandwich and got a wrap. The shake machine was broken , which happens. Got curly fries instead of crinkle fries AND the wrap hadonions in it when I asked to remove them. Basically absolutely horrible and won't be back, which is unfortunate cause I loveArby's Read more

Tonight?s order was the last straw ! I would not have been back tonight but my mother wanted a French dip.I ordered a half lb... combo and a French dip. I check the bag and no au jus. I was told ,sorry we are out. They could have told me and I would havegotten something else. When I got home and examined the food , the roast beef was cut extremely thick on both sandwiches. Couldnot bite through it. No sauce at all. I called back to the store and spoke to the manager. So much for customer service. This isnot the first time with problems at this location. Previous 2 times I was told , sorry we are out of RB during the busiest time. What the heck. The time before that I watched the cashier pocket all cash sales. I called the manager aside and informed herwhat I saw . She told me I was mistaken. I know what I saw but ,ok not my $. So no more Arbys for me, too many restaurants tochoose from. Read more

As soon as I pulled up to the drive thru Thur , I was told there was no roast beef ...???? I ordered a turkey marketplace... combo. But before I pulled off, I pulled over to ? the order. Tried a curly fry since they should be hot or warm...they wereCOLD and hard!????.
