Ordered online and the store is closed, its 11:49 a.m. Door dash is sitting outside with me wondering what is going on, more... people are coming to get the orders they placed online. Mismanaged is an understatement but then again it is Little Ceasars soidk why id expect anything less. Read more

Service was awful 2 people looked at me standing at the counter and walked away, the lady who finally came to the counter had a... horrible attitude. I asked for 3 ranch and 3 jalapeno and cheese dip cups she rings them up so I told her I already paid forthem when I placed my order she looks at my order and tells me there is only 2 ranch on the order. I go to my truck and get myphone which shows all the sauces she throws the rest on the counter I say thank you she replies with "yep". I get home my pizzaisn't cut all the way through and my stuffed crazy bread seems as tho it is not even cooked just soggy do with cheese in it. They are slow. The oven is also faulty burning one side of the pizza every time since opening. They are rarely "hot and ready"... even if you don't care which pizza you get. ALWAYS order ahead. Don't expect friendly service from anyone but the big manager. Read more

Called my order of a sausage and a pepperoni pizza in and was informed it would take between 15 to 20 minutes till it was ready.... I showed up exactly 15 minutes and they said "it wasn't quite ready yet but we will bring it out to your car when it is." Itbecame 10 minutes after that and they still haven't brought it out so I decided to go back in and ask about my order. They saidit's almost done and they will bring it out when it's ready. It took them 25 more minutes after that to bring out my pizza's. Atotal of 50 minutes when I was informed it would take 15 to 20 minutes. There was really no other customers so there shouldn'tbe any excuse to why it took this long. Read more
