My niece was having her first sleepover and had 5 girls sleeping over. I decided to help my sister out and be the cool auntie by... picking up donuts the next morning for breakfast. This store opened at 6am so I was there by about 7:10am and figured I wouldorder all the same donut so there would not be any fighting over which donut each girl could have. I asked for a dozen of thevanilla sprinkle donuts and the gentlemen told me he would have to check if they had enough. He came back and told me they didnot have enough. I was about to change the order and change up the donuts and a lady came on the speaker and said they couldbake some up if I did not mind waiting about 5 min. Told them I did not mind waiting, pulled up to the window and payed and theyasked me to pull around to the front door and they would bring them right out. I only waited about 3-4 min before they broughtout my donuts. This is the part of my experience as to why I only gave thee stars, the gentlemen handed me my donuts and said"the next time you want all the same donut you should call ahead". I was stunned and just ok, thank you. The store had only beenopen for an hour on a Saturday so I assumed they had enough donuts and I would have gladly changed my order but the other peopleI had spoken with at the drive through were pleasant and willing to help me out. If I would have only dealt with them I wouldhave given 5 stars. I did not appreciate getting a lecture at 7am on a Saturday about donuts. I was just there. Ordered 1/2 dozen vanilla dip. An employee must of been complaining the manager handed me my order said... nothing was also complaining about not letting someone stay after there shift. Really!? You say nothing when you hand peoplethere orders and your in management.. this location consistently has rude people but I live very close to this location. Not normally a person to leave a review, (a bad one at that) but the man who took my order today was very rushing and... unpleasant. Instead of telling me they?re out of something I ordered, he ghosted it and didn?t add it to my screen and then gotflustered when I brought it up. Spnarky young people got the order wrong, a simply bagel sandwich and a coffee, nothing complex. Brought it to their attention... they became oddly very defensive. We simply asked them to make as ordered, they charged extra money to fix the order. Insane.Coffee was more cream than coffee, asked for it to be made to order, they insisted it was ordered as given. Ordered a grilled cheese I think I paid 5 bucks for it I bought it at 2pm 03-15-22 the bread was in bad shape but the cheese... wasn't even melted nor was the bread even toast. I'm upset. Read more
I go through the drive-thru I ordered Timbitts and I order half chocolate half glaze and I get two sprinkles two chocolate 1... ripped in half and the rest are glazed. So I called them and they put me on with the manager and the manager did not seemconcerned at all. Read more
Clean and pleasant establishment with plenty of room to eat and relax. Not the best selection of donuts, but the donuts I had... were fresh, not dry like some of the competition. Service was fast and efficient, but the employee was tough and abrupt. Read more
