First time at this store, drive thru. Probably just a one off issue, but half of my sausage egg and cheese biscuit was inedible.... Literally gag-able, actually. At other Tims, it's my go to... So I was a little shocked biting into it. Something off with thetaste and texture. Everything else was great, and up to standards. May visit again, cautiously. Read more
Don?t try taking your drink back here if it tastes bad or is made incorrectly, they will make you pay for it. Some of the people... here are great, but I unfortunately have mostly issues coming here and will go out of the way to the one that?s an extra 10minutes away. I was hoping their coffee would be less harsh in the states then in Canada, but nope. The taste and stomach effect are too rough... ,so I tossed mine. Sadly, the baked goods are subpar, especially compared to the old days when they were at least baked on site. Read more
Coming from a year in Canada, I was pretty demanding about Tim Hortons. And it didn't disappoint me. Fresh baking, delicious... latte, and very friendly staff. I would recommend it! Read more
Improve transaction action time, which was slow. Change the lids with more of a protrusion at the opening that allows the coffee... to pour into the mouth better and have a better fit.There may be nothing you can do about lids, though. Coffee is pretty good. Read more
Great Tim Hortons, they make sure everything is made to perfection. Literarily the moment you pull to their window, your order... is ready you just pay and pick up. got to be fastest Tim Horton's nation wide. Great job team. this store pick up very wellafter their new management. I was here with my kids today and this big tall guy came out himself to our table in the dinningroom to give us the order and he even brought napkins, asked if we needed anything else. I was there today may 30 2022 at 11am and I waited inside for ten mins while people ahead of me had to wait on food . I wasn't... ordering food I only wanted 3 LG coffee. They had four people working and only one up front. I said can I please get helped I'monly ordering coffee not food. The manager said we go one order at a time. So I said that's dumb I worked at a tim hortons andyou take the next order while you wait on the food orders it makes more sense and your line moves faster. He proceeds to tell mewe are not serving coffee anymore. And refused to serve me. I called corporate put in a complaint. Now I wait to hear back fromthem. Read more
