Please skip this place. Just drive further to somewhere else for your drink. Ive been putting up with this place for about a... year. The staff is always on some drama. They have an attitude, they get the order wrong, they cheap out on the whip, they areunapproachable and are thorny for no reason. You might sit in a line of people because they randomly close and there is nonotice. Today was my last straw. Someone told me 7.01 for my ice capp. I was like dang ok whatever I don't have anywhere elseclose by to go. I pull up to pay and the miserable person at the window tells me the accurate price, 5.xx. I said, somebody saidit was 7.01 then this person lies to me and goes, no nobody in here said that. Lol. You can just say you made a mistake orignore it or laugh it off instead of lying and talking about yourself in the third person. I know it was was you who told me7.01..... unreal. Read more

They are always out of most of their menu, when asked what they have available they never tell you what kind of Bagels or Donuts... they have and instead ask you what you want lol, folks working there are lazy! Read more

Asking the drive thru cashier for why my total is what it is shouldn't spark an attitude from the cashier. And then to ask why I... got an attitude from her to talk trash to my face is highly unprofessional. I usually never write reviews, but I am so frustrated that I have to. My friend and I have been there three times now and every... single time we go there, their customer service is horrible. Not only were they rude, but they never get our order right. Theygave me a BELT (bacon, lettuce, tomato, and egg sandwich) when I asked for a everything bacon bagel. The order itself was rungup right but made wrong. My friends food was stale and our drinks were made wrong as well. My friend asks if they have the chilievery time, but they never do and are rude about it. Probably the worst customer service I?ve ever seen. Do not go. Read more

Ordered online. Dozen donuts and large coffee (was not hot). Of the donuts, seven were chocolate glazed (four were Boston... Cream). Chocolate added too soon. Donuts must have been warm because chocolate was watery. I think donuts were boxed thenchocolate added because cardboard was loaded with chocolate. In addition, the Boston Cream ones were not filled.
