Hello Starbucks corporate. I hope you read these. If not, hello store management. You folks have hired a queen to be simply put.... Vanessa is a beautiful soul. I believe coffee is the key to a woman?s heart and Vanessa is living proof of that. Not only did Ihave the morning from hell, I didn?t know just how bad it was until my stomach grumbled and I realized my lunch was sitting atStarbucks. When I called, your queen Vanessa answered the phone and told me I could come right in and she would help me geteverything situated. She did just that. She helped my day get back on track- even so late in the day (it took me 3.5 hours torealize the dilemma). Thank you for hiring this wonderful human. And please never let her go. -Taylor Read more
This location was very busy when I arrived, they seemed to be short staffed but they really cranked out our order very... quicklyand kept their composure despite the sudden rush. Ivy and Kate were the employees on at the moment and they really did anawesome job of handling the early afternoon rush, I didn't have any cash on hand this trip but I'll be going back to make sure Ileave a tip for them. Very friendly staff. I always order a triple extra dry cappuccino, which is basically espresso and just foam. Not the most... common drink I guess because about 4 out of 10 they have to redo it because it's too heavy, meaning too much milk, should justbe the foam if it's an extras dry. I wish they could automate this. I'm a pain in sure but I pay 5.67 so it should be exact.Nevertheless, they will always go out of their way to make it right. Very good service, have much respect for the baristas, I'msure it can be stressful. Always come back to this location because of the positive vibe. Read more

My fiance ordered a venti Iced Brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso. This is what she received besides a snide comment from the... female employee working behind the counter. This is a $6+ drink. When my fiance asked why it is this empty was because sheordered light ice. So basically to get your drink filled to the top you've gotta order ice. Why even put it in this size of acup?? Read more
