Extremely busy location. Staff is nice but waits for your drink is always much longer than the estimated time.
If I could leave a negative star I would. Been in the drive thru line 45 mins. If it weren't for the barrier I would have... bolted 30 mins ago. Absolutely the worst by far of any Starbucks I've been to. Read more
Employees were very nice! They told us it would be a 15 minute wait for a drink, but based on the time I looked at it, it was 45... minutes. Just, go somewhere else? I totally understand being busy and short staffed. But it seems very odd that it takes moretime to get drunk than to get a pizza made and delivered to your house. Read more
Made my drink wrong twice, didn?t care that I had a dairy allergy. Only refunded half of my drink order. Had an attitude making... the drinks. Tall vanilla Frappuccino with sugar free syrup and oat milk is not a hard order. I don?t understand why it took 4different people to make it and 3 different people I had to talk too. Read more
Closed during normal posted operating hours! Ordered online, took our money, and was closed upon arrival. Not in an area... affected by the water boil advisory if that was their excuse of being closed. Rediculous. Usually fast service and good drinksbut not happy about the situation we had to deal with.
