I would really love to like this place... After a long break from terrible service during the summer, we gave it another shot... this evening. There is an obvious disconnect between the waitstaff and the customer. We ordered drinks and sandwiches, whichwere mediocre at best. Meh, we knew that we were not going to a fine dining place. As soon as we finished eating the waitressbrings over our tab, it wasn't even busy. I was looking forward to ordering more food and drinks as we were just settlingin. Maybe this is how the girls are trained here? Quick turn over on tables? IDK what it is but if I'm going to a restaurant,I'm going for the service. I can get food that lacks at a fast food joint. I had on a greyhoodie and black jacket, around 645? I will most certainly be on your camera big guy. Correct, this is my first Google review.Congratulations, your team obviously earned the honor, it must come from management? You have also been condescending to everother negative review as well. Obviously asking why your customers didn't ask for a manager is redundant. It looks like the sameissues exist. All I wanted to do was leave a review. First time in, pizza is made at Sir Pizza (also never had) ordered the deep dish. Good flavor, good amount of toppings, other... customers were very friendly . The waitresses were the only real disappointment. Waited at least 15 min before they even noticedme, not because they themselves were busy(all just standing chatting to each other in the corner). I asked if they sold regularlotto and my waitress said no, after she left another couple had overheard and corrected what I was told. I walked up to the barand purchased a reg powerball lotto. After my drink was gone and I didn?t know where my waitress had disappeared to, I walked upto the bar to get a refil. The waitress came back to my table about 10 min later. She didn?t look like a smoker but maybe that?swere she was for the past 25 min. If I come back I will surly eat at the bar, bartender seemed on top of everyone that sat atthe bar. Read more
Been by this establishment hundreds of times. My brother and I stopped in for a late lunch yesterday and we were not... disappointed. The 288 burger was so good and the bartender was very friendly. Read more
Pizza and wings were excellent, bartender Julia was great. Never had to ask for anything, even ran keno for us. Great place.
Julia and Katie are the absolute best bar tenders ever. Haley and Amanda are the absolute best severs ever as well! The food is... amazing but the service is the reason I?m there as much as I am. Also Josh is pretty freaking great. Thanks to your staff formaking this place feel like a safe place for people from all walks of life! Read more
Food and service was fine, however you are now sneaking in a 3 percent service charge for using a credit card. Please be... upfront with your customers about the charge or increase your prices. Other a good evening with friends? Read more
The food was excellent, the quality and quantity were excellent and the price was outstanding. I went for the 1/3 pound... burger special with fries and a drink for $7.99. What a great value and burger. The service was a little slow but that seemsto be the norm in this post pandemic world. I'll definitely be back. Read more
