I just want to give the management here a big thank you for there kindness and a true payi it forward. I was very distraught, ... upset and emotional when I ordered food for my family after getting some bad new. I realized I did not have my purse so Istarted to panic on how am I going to pay for this food I just ordered in the drive through line. I apologize to the teenworking the window register that I have no money and forgot my purse. I then asked if I have a photo of my card would that workto pay my bill. The teen told me not to worry that I can download Google pay and pay that way. I was relieved but had no ideahow to do any of this. The teen was so helpful helping me get this information downloaded on my phone. Then the teens managercame to the window to see what was taking so long, the teen explained the situation and the manager took one look at me allworked up and said not to worry we will just write this off. I said I can pay she said no it's ok we will write it off. Thankyou! Thank you McDonalds management you don't know how that made me feel. I will ne paying it forward for the next petson. Read more
This place had systems down And staffing issues... They continued to wait on doordash customers and anybody else they could. If... they didn't have the ticket orders They found a way and got it done. Everyone I came into contact with was younger. They workedvery hard to complete what they possibly could. You never see that anymore. Very impressed!! ???????? Read more

I routinely get Mcdonalds' breakfast on my way to work. I dislike that this store is using AI as the order taker. The last few... times I've ordered sweet tea, they give me unsweetened tea! eww!!!! I will not order at this location so now I will have todrive farther! This morning I went through and used one of the deals they had going on, the AI got my order wrong and then theguy that corrected my order said that I ordered the wrong deal. So now I got a sandwich I didn't want and unsweetened nasty tea!This location is terrible! Read more
Pulled up at 12:28 (says your 24hrs online and on the highway) after out JACK Harlow Concert in Detroit, (we are not from... around here) and waited 15 minutes just to be told ?we are closed. If you haven?t figured it out, we?re closed? in a VERYSNOTTY attitude. Very rude , especially since we truly thought you were open. Curbside is slow, I order so that I don?t have to wait in the long line when I?m in a rush. But they clear the line before... bringing anything out. So curbside is pointless. This isn?t the first time. Read more
