Highly recommend! Food is always delicious and it?s a quick healthy meal for busy nights. The Philly flatbread is amazing and my... son loves the kids pizza roll. I picked up my first meal prep a couple days ago as well as ordered a wrap w/apples while I was in store. The wrap and pb dip... were fantastic and the prices are on point! Visited for the first time. Staff (owner maybe?) took the time to explain the different choices between frozen meals, cafe menu... and the meal plan options. Answered all my questions and was very detailed to make sure anything chosen followed dietaryrestrictions. Since I work across the street, it will be so convenient to pop in to pick up a healthy lunch. Read more

After a very long drive from Connecticut, I landed here and wanted to find some healthy, good food. I was immediately greeted at... the door within 20 seconds. Being thousands of miles away from home, they really gave me a warm, homey feeling. The staff hadexceptional service. I ordered the Goat wrap and it was beyond my expectations. As I was waiting, the owner (I believe) came upto me and made conversation about the cleanliness of the food and smoothies, and I really appreciated the assurance that I wasputting fresh and superior ingredients in my body, as it has to stay fueled for my trucking job on the road. It?s hard to findquality, creative, fresh, inexpensive food when you?re always traveling AND friendly conversation, and I am so happy I stumbledupon this place. Highly recommend the chicken bacon ranch flat bread and the apples and peanut butter! My first time here.. AMAZING.. the food... was so delicious and healthy. That was seriously the best flat bread I have ever had. I can't wait to try everything on the menuand the microwave meals! Read more
I work next door and get one of their frozen pizzas every week for my day off. I?ve tried a different pizza each time, and they... never fail to delight! My boyfriend always says my cauliflower crusts smell like foot, and even so he loves these too! Keep itup, guys! Read more
Had what I thought was a coupon but it was just the regular Grab-n-Go box for $6.99. Tried the Salmon box brown rice and... broccoli with chili sauce. Very good! I was definitely impressed. I will return to try more. Easy to-go meals that are healthy.Plus I get to keep the reusable containers?. And I had a Chocolate covered Strawberry smoothie! So good ???? Read more
