What the heck. Waiting and waiting and waiting 15 minutes to order and food while and this guy is cleaning behind the menu... sign. Dust and junk falling down. Gross. Then the guy moves to cleaning vents in the kitchen right above people making food!! See pictures! No ketchup in the basket - but time to clean behind a sign. I don?t get it! 8-22-22 7:45 pm at 8:10 - a man thatappears to know the workers (prob employee) waves employees over to give him and quietly requests food and slushes. Drive thru was horrible. They didn't write down the order and they kept messing it up. I know there are many people and they are... under pressure but that is not an excuse to not serve properly. Read more
Horrible management and no coordination at the drive through. They couldn?t even remember the order and gave us the wrong items.... On top of everything, the food tasted horrible, especially the mozzarella sticks. Never going back to this location again. Read more
The wrapper says "America's Favorite Burger", but it turned out to be more on the least liked side of things. My order was kept... as simple as possible; I ordered four Whoppers. My beef, no pun intended, is that the Whoppers I received looked so incrediblydepressing. None of the toppings were stacked high or visible except for the lettuce (even though there was barely any lettuceon it). The meat was also dry. Management here should work with their employees on appropriate sandwich making. The Whopperscould have been better. Read more
I had a number 10 breakfast meal which is a double breakfast sandwich with hash Browns a coffee and Orange juice. This Burger... King is located on Rochester road and Avon road in Rochester Hills. They always have great food here. Read more
The service st this location has been going down hill for the last 2 months or so. I deliver for a living, and I usually stop at... this location a couple of times a week. I few weeks ago I stopped ordering whoppers entirely because the quality is not there.My topping are shorted, the sauces are piled in the center and never spread. I thought maybe just the whopper quality was poor,so i started ordering other items, but it's all the same. The picture below is supposed to be a bacon cheese burger with extrapickle and mayo. 1 tiny piece of bacon is not enough for a bacon burger.. my extra pick is not there and my sauces are almostnonexistent.. AND the staff did not include a recipe in my order, so I have no chance of getting a credit or exchange.. thisplace used to have good quality and customer service. Not impressed, prices to high for food to look as it did. Like no pride in making food nomore. Won't be spending 30 bucks to eat... here. Could have bought steak dinner. I will next time. No doubt there seems like all fast food just throws together food, notpaying attention to detail or orders. Not coming again. Read more
