Id be lying if I said Ive ever received better service from any other fast food chain restaraunt! April should be store manager,... if not regional! If not single-handedly, she plays a huge role is keeping things flowing here and her customer service skillsare admirable! Let me say first, the sandwich (fish) and fries were hot and fresh. Though the place was empty the tone from the people working... to the few customers that came in was terrible. Sod a fountain address was terrible and needed wipe down. A man made a mistakeon the phone app and complained. Worker told him ?it?s not our fault you did it wrong?. Could of been a great oppty. To make anew repeating customer. Man walked out saying he would never come here again! No idea who or where the manager was. I don?tthink I?ll come back here either. Read more

They didn?t have three items on my mobile order in stock despite the fact that the app still listed them and let me order them.... One of the items was still listed as an offering on the drive thru menu screen! If they don?t have these items anymore, why arethey still on the screen and why can I purchase them?? Worlds worst burger king on the planet. They?re so rude at this location. We?ve literally never get anything correct in our... ?have it your way? orders! Missing foods and sauce?s we ask for. Ask for tomatoes/pickles and they?re almost always on theburgers when we get home. Extremely frustrating! This location definitely needs new management. Read more

Front of house was closed with no sign to inform you. While the store hours remain listed at 11pm closing. The store was not... accepting cards and seemed to not have any deep fried chicken brests, I suspect they did t wanna drop them in the frier. Staffwas rude when asked about these issues. Drive thru took 15 mins for 4 orders. Also observed the staff sitting on their phones.Id avoid this location at all costs. Unfortunately for me and my crew this was our only choice this evening. Used a mobile app offer to get a Whopper and a side salad, but after paying, the order detail did not include the offer. The app... still was able to show the promo code, but they told me I have to make a new order again. I was left with only the side salad,and didn't get a receipt, a fork, nor napkins. I hope they try a little bit harder before simply waving me off saying "you can'tdo that". Read more
