After complimenting Mgr, Charlie on her incredible energy and efficiency we got home and found we were missing 1 slider from our... order. Regardless, Mgr Charlie was amazing: must log 20k steps a shift, handled counter and all drive thru orders via earbud,fryer drop-ins, made all shakes/drinks, plus managed the workers behind scenes with kindness. Gave it one star because google doesn?t allow zero stars. Ordered chicken fingers combo at drive thru. I asked for the chicken... fingers to be dropped fresh in the flyer. They said no problem (I always ask to have the chicken dropped fresh at Arbys andnever had an issue). I got my food and parked to eat it in the car. Dried up nasty stale chicken fingers and shrunken coldfries. The chicken and fries should have been placed in the garbage can instead of being passed off as food. They also mixed upthe sauces. There are much better arbys in the area No need to go here and waste your money on lousy food. Read more
Purchased two for six classic roast beef sandwiches and a small curly fries for lunch on 6/20/22. The sandwiches were fairly... cold and definitely not kept at the proper temperature for food safety. The fries were cold soggy and rather pathetic looking.This is probably the first time I ate five or 10 fries and then threw the rest rest away. I?m sure approximately 4 PM is notthe best time to visit since it is after lunch and they are trying to get rid of some of the product. There needs to be holdtime for fries. These sat for a long time to shrink and get soggy. Read more
