I got to give them five star maybe we can you know if they had more stars I'll give them more stars the manager there was very... kind and she was a great blessing I had a gift card for $10.05 and me and my roommate she wanted a special sandwich and banananut bread we just got back from the casino cuz it's down in Rochester area and unfortunately we thought we had a little bit morechange to cover the rest of the bill and we could not so she just let us have the sandwich in the bread for free is very kindand it really meant a lot to both of us I was in there earlier that morning as well I'm getting coffee and a breakfast sandwichand they were very kind and prompt great customer service I recommend this place anyone. Unfortunately, when we ordered the cashier did not make note of the drink and even after dou le checking it was non-dairy, due... to an allergy, the drink was made with dairy. Thankfully, after grabbing the drink and verifying it was non dairy, theyremembered that it was to be made with non-dairy and then remade it again. Then after getting the drink it was too sweet as theyhad not written down it was 1/4 sweet. They then remade it again. We tried being respectful as the staffers may have been new tothe job, but it was disappointing. Read more
This is our go to stop between Portland and Seattle. Service is good, you can order ahead on an app, staff are nice and... importantly they have clean restrooms! It?s a quick jump off the freeway also. A variety of gas stations nearby to get toppedoff. Read more
Very poor service. Didn't know how to make a salted caramel latte. I waited for 20 minutes for my coffee with 7 employees behind... the counter. 4 were standing around talking and doing nothing in particular. 3 were actually working hence the long waiting timewhen the business wasn't busy at all. Maybe 2 tables having customers and 2 coming in as I waited. 2 using the drive through.I'm unempressed and was getting frustrated waiting so long while most of the staff were just socializing. I needed coffee, they had coffee. The barista deserved a 5. But it's Starbucks. Their coffee is good. But not great. Definitely... better than Seattle's Best. Not as good as smaller local shops. Read more
I'm bummed to write this review. We are frequent Starbucks customers. We were on our way south and stopped for a drink and food.... There was no food available as there is a shortage. Get that, out of their control. The problem was they put so much ice in mydrink I couldn't mix. Then when we mentioned it, the person gave me a straw. Still unable to turn. Its sad when you pay so muchand the lack of product. I hope this was an "off day" and I hope I can try another time. Read more
