The establishment itself was very clean all the employees wear matching uniforms, black trousers, white shirts, and suspenders... give it an old-time ice cream, parlor shop feel it peers to be very popular. There?s a lot of people actually dining in whichwas a surprise to me. I ordered the strawberry shortcake crapes. The crêpe itself was very large more than I could eat in onesitting, and the flavor was really good, the staff were also very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place. Allof their food is made right in front of you in an open kitchen so you can watch your food being prepared. The decor wasbreathtaking so it was a combination of the friendliness of the staff, and the cleanliness of the establishment is why therating was so high. Read more

Our first visit was on a date night and we are excited to come back! Atmosphere is fun, bright, and whimsical. All staff were... happy and smiling! Big shout out to Brennan who took such good care of us. He had us laughing and excited to order - even brewedis a fresh pot of decaf! I've been there for the first time. I was impressed with the reviews and photos. I ordered nutella banana crepe (without ice... cream) and it was good but not good value for money. I ended up paying more than $20 for it alone. I have also tried be thereor be square. Ice cream was good but the brownie was too sweet for my taste. It was our first time and heard a lot about them and finally had the chance. We had almost everything from the menu lol just... kidding. It was amazing to taste all those ice creams with waffle. They had such great combinations of crepes and waffles withice cream, shakes, espresso, hot tea, milkshakes, sundaes, banana split, brownies and cookies and cake with ice cream, fruitsand sauce. Dine in experience was top notch, the service was quick and the server was well aware of the product and alsorecommended some good options. This ice cream place from inside had wonderful interior decor for pictures. Well defineddirections and very clean place. White Rabbit is what you get when dessert is presented as a dinner entree. Very cool concept but the portions to justify the... price is not exactly practical. My $22 meal included close to a pint of chocolate ice cream, on top of a full Belgian waffle,with several chunks of brownies, chocolate sauce, chocolate candy garnish, and a cup of coffee. Delicious - yes, but was toughto finish. The "doggie bag" idea doesn't work here. I recommend separating the ice cream from the warm waffle as soon as itcomes out to buy time to consume. It would be great if a half serving option was offered. I would suggest you share a plate withsomeone or just go for it and feel bad about it later. Read more
