Customer service was atrocious. The guy working at the cash register sat there doing nothing because Tims was empty and my... family came in (of 10 ppl) and he started saying things like "im gonna kms and these people are gonna spend 300 dollars". This Tim Horton's location is usually not busy, which is perfect for a mom who wants to get a quick pick-me-up drink as she's... running her errands. The hash browns were not only soggy, they were cold even seconds after being handed to me. The Jefferson location, did not... attempt to make their customers feel welcomed and in fact the outer room was bellow 60 degrees. No skim milk or almond milk andjust ot very polite.
