We are visiting the Rochester NY area and went to Swan Market today. We had lunch there and food was great and service was also... great and friendly. After our meal we purchased a bunch of different meats and Aufschnitt, everything a German Heart desires.Also picked up different breads and a few other hard to come-by items, like Grafschafter Goldsaft! Come for homade schnitzels, specialty sausages, and snack sausages. Stay for the beer, the wait crew and family style seating... and sides like potato salad and red cabbage. Second time having lunch here and wow! Had the sausage plate with the smoked brautwurst and knockwurst, potato salad and... sauerkraut. Simply delicious. A Spaten to drink and a soft pretzel and it was quite a lunch. Every time I am in Rochester,this is a must stop. Live music to boot! Read more

Absolut best German Sausages and food around , they have a full service butcher and restaurant on site with lots of German... favorites . The parking is on the street, and the inside is small , but it's worth the wait . They also are extremely speedy onshort notice meat orders.
