Unprofessional employees. I placed an online order, and when I arrived the two employees said they never received an online... order and instructed me to contact Subway support for a refund. They wouldn't look at the receipt on my phone and make my order,and did not offer any other solutions. Read more

The employees at this location were more concerned about who got a resident recently and why. Also the young man making my... sandwiches was paying more attention to the people outside the store than his job. It took over 20 min for him to assemble 3foot long subs, as the line grew behind me. He wasn't aware of the numbered menu system and was asking me many questions aboutsub ingredients that were already identified on their menu. They also had no tomatoes. This isn't my normal location, Istopped in because I was shopping in that plaza, next time I will go to the one by my house instead. Read more

3 employees too busy talking about getting fired to greet me let alone take my order. I had to ask if they were done to which I... got a dirty look and a "yeah, I'm done." As they were making my order they continued to stop along the way and carry in theirconversat. Definitely bothered having to actually do what they were getting paid for. I didn't get my side of sauce asrequested. The selection of chips was next to nothing. I normally have a decent experience at this store but these employeesneed to find someplace else to work. If the next Subway wasn't so far out of my way I would have walked out. Read more

Subway's 2 employees were rude to a few seniors that are customers. I witnessed this occur as they both yelled out," our boss... and owner said were only giving away 50 subs." I asked for the owners phone number to call him, and I was refused it I willnever again go to the Culver Ridge Subway location. Man.. I would give a 0 if I could. The staff is beyond rude and nasty.. they do not care about the customers. Their hours are... not consistent (ie.. if they are supposed to close around 10p they will close around 830/9p). They will decide when they do notwant to use the toaster and tell you it's broken. All around I will never be back to this location. Read more

Worst experience at a Subway ever, terrible service, rude staff, they accept orders then cancel them because they are "out of... bread" but refuse to issue you a refund despite the fact that we didn't get a single one of the three sandwiches we orderedthrough their app. Read more

Today, Sat. Feb 29,2020 i attempted to order on line the deal, buy one get one. The app was not working. As i was on my phone &... not on computer. I then went inside store & explained to manager Marisa, who basically said "oh well" we can't honor deal. Shefurther stated, she knew nothing about app not working, as others have used it! Wow!
