I'm seriously wondering why the employees who have zero motivation for the job and irritate at non native English speakers work... here. There were a female staff who didn't wanna explain anything, and a male staff who mumbled a lot in a very very smallvoice. I don't expect a lot from Subway, but they were too rude. Hope they find a different job that they can be nice tocustomers and enjoy. Read more

I ordered hot cafe which was cold, they were not able to warm the cofe athough the machine was there
Employees were absolutely awful and completely unprofessional. One of them actually closed down the store with a sign that said... be back in 5 minutes which I had been sitting there for at least 10. When she finally came back all she did was huff and puffand act rude to all of the customers. The other one was stocking chips and yelling about how they were unorganized. Would notcome here again. The two women working the counter were seriously hustling to keep up with the crowd, and maintaining a calm and professional... demeanor the whole time, despite it being obvious their shift was short a person and the line never ending. My sandwich wasproperly made, and I was offered the appropriate sides and upsells. Good work. Read more
