So much history down there! I love imagining how things looked back in the days down there?I bet they were so full of ppl!
Really great artistry, and a nice chill place to enjoy the river a bit. It is a trek though! You also need to not be weird and... paranoid about homeless people, they're just living down there and not really by choice. Be polite and just continue on yourtrek. It's worth the trouble I think. Likely more people will want to and get to see all the art with the current AqueductReimagined phase 1 plans. Read more
Great place to explore with plenty of amazing street art!
Honestly for searching up "things to do near me", I'm glad this showed up. My friends and I went and bought one flashlight just... for this experience. It was really cool and we didn't go to far. All the graffiti is either good art or just harmless stuffpeople tag. If you go with others, make sure everyone has their own flashlight. It is really dark in there and my group didn'tmake it to the end. For sure check it out if you have the time but be wary of rocks and garbage on the ground. There is alsosometimes water that drips from the ceiling. Overall one of a kind experience. Read more

The subway tracks were laid in the former Erie Canal when it was re-routed to bypass downtown Rochester. The service was ceased... in 1956. The best pictures can be taken at night: if you have Pixel, use the night sight. Get to one of the arches and take apicture of the tunnel with all the graffiti to get an eerie and powerful image.
