Pulled up to the store an hour before close. Staff visible inside. They saw me and turned all the lights off. According to the... sign on the door and to Google the store should still be open. Drove out of my way to get a sub. Poorly managed. They eitherclosed early or have not updated their hours. Read more
Today I got the turkey, bacon, guacamole wrap. Delicious! Sorry no pic, I already ate it! LOL This is a busy location and food... is usually fresh. I haven't had a bad meal there yet. Only thing I might suggest is having more than one person working thecounter. No one should work alone. Read more

I use coupons that came in the mail. I went in to get some sliders but decided to get 2 of their six inch subs. Their meats are... very fresh and so are their vegetables. I chose wheat bread that had a very nice taste for dessert 3 cookies. Read more
The Subway on Spencerport Road is great. It's very clean, and has a very nice seating area. They have a nice selection of... accompaniment for your order. The employees are always congenial. You can order online and everything will be waiting for you. Ialso receive their texts with several reward specials and discounts. Read more
If I could give this place zero stars I would. I went here today to grab a sub for lunch and ended up leaving with said sub on... the counter. I tried to pay for the sub with my Subway rewards points on my phone. However both employees had no idea how to usethe rewards nor how to scan them. Mind you their scanner wasn't even turned on... I mentioned that the red light did notappear, and she said it didn't need one. Really? Then how do you scan a coupon from a phone? They rudely handled my $800 phone,trying to scan it all over the place, even swiping it on top of the electronic card inserter....um, really? After stating that Iwas not going to pay without my rewards taken off the price and the employees both looked at me dumbfounded, I walked out. Iinstead went to the Subway on 2496 W Ridge Rd where they scanned and honored my rewards. They told me that this store probablyjust didn't want to accept my rewards and that's why they did this. Went to pickup a doordash order from subway and the only employee there at the time claimed he gave it to another dasher which... if he did he never confirmed that it was the correct order because I was the one with the order on my phone and he wouldn'tremake it (not sure if he ever made it in the first place and was just lying because it was 5 minutes before close) but thecustomer reached out because it had been hours since placing the order and the employee at subway wouldn't do anything about itwhen he either gave away the wrong order or lied and never made it. Either way it caused plenty of headache and I lost a lot ofmoney and time and so did the customer who will not be using our services anymore thanks to this subway. Maybe try hiring peoplewho aren't in high school still. Wouldn't recommend this place or do business with them again. Read more
