Not bad. Staff is always friendly but it's not quite the same as real Starbuck's. Also, there's something weird about the water... or the way they make coffee on Chili because it always tastes watery to me at that Starbucks and Lead and Bean which is acrossthe street. I usually get the cold foam cold brew and the foam never stays foamy. Read more

Was ordering 4 coffees. Wanted to pay with Stars, they changed 150 Stars for each coffee, normally it supposed to by 50 Stars... for coffee. Plus Dark roast coffee tasted like it would be from McDonalds Read more
Very disappointed, came to this Starbucks specifically before I had to be to work. Came in at 8:15 am on 11/3/2018 - 15 minutes... after they open - and the barista stated that she could not serve me......because she spilled coffee. How long does it take toclean up coffe, or how about you work around it sense I want a frozen coffee and you obviously make that on the spot. Verydissatisfied, Dunkin donuts gets my money today. Customer service could use improvement! When I asked about a drink I was looking for they were rude and clearly not trying to... help me get what I want. By the time I got to the car to give my Husband the drink as a surprise Birthday gift. We both comerealize it was completely the wrong drink and tasted horrible!!! I would have gone in and complained however we had to get towork! Read more
