Used to be my favorite spot to get my Rochester own favorite pizza but after the last few times they have been straight... disappointing. Now I know they are a big deal in Rochester but for the price they charge and the quality they serve it shouldalways be the best experience ever for you and your family and friends. But when they are busy and rush your $63 dollar orderand bring you what they call pizza and the cheese doesn?t stick to the dough?you have to wonder if they are about quality orquantity at this location. Being all said and done I did give them another chance but went to Salvatore?s on culver where theymake some of the best donuts and they got it right and now I?m still a fan of our # 1 pizza in upstate New York!!! Food quality has tanked along with soaring prices. Not much better than a papa johns at this point. Service is slow. They... wont take cards for pick up orders because of too much fraud. But will take cards for deliveries? Their payment systems arestuck back in the 90s, they dont take any modern forms of payment. At this point you are better off hitting up any other localjoint. What a waste of my time. So apparently you have to show ID when using credit or debt, and I completely understand why. But I... also think that the person taking phone orders could have said that when she took my phone order for pick up. Then the sign onthe door is a whole essay long in small print off to the side, so basically you're unaware of this policy until you're at theregister finally being waited. Needless to say I didn't have mine on me but I did know my pin so that should have beensufficient. Also they cheat when it comes to them pizza perks. Read more

One they had me just standing there waiting in my order that they called me to tell me it ready. 2 I get there and I'm a statue... the black lady was so busy gossiping that she just completely overlooked me the when the white server comes nice lady by the waythe other lady wanna speak up now like u just didn't see me all this time standing here getting tight right? Salvatore?s definitely has the best pizza in town and what makes this location so special is the incredible staff and... leadership. But if you get food whether it?s pizza or a sub from this location and you think they don?t care about how they madeyour food, your dead wrong. There is a lot of care and love put into the food they make and the restaurant is just so incrediblyclean. Yes Salvatore?s has the best pizza so if you want it done top tier, then you come here. Can?t say enough good thingsabout this location and after a few years away from working there i look back on my time very fondly and I admire the hard work,dedication and perfection of this store. I grew up on the East side and this Salvatore's was the spot to go to. Even when I moved to the west side I still picked up... from here up until now. I received another large pizza in 2 months that had little to no sauce on it. I don't order often & Inever had a pizza like this before...After sending a picture of it to the store manager she insisted that I order my pizza withextra sauce. If they think a $32 pizza is OK to serve like that, then I am officially done with them. Read more
