"New ownership" apparently means screw up the order and don't fess up to it. Paid $20 for a cheesesteak with wizz and extra wizz... on the side. Received one with with bbq sauce, called, they claim my husband asked for A1. I was there when he ordered. Liars.Never again. Read more

Tried Philly Steakout after seeing it was under new ownership. Glad I did. I had the Chicken Teriyaki and the Lemon Pepper... Sandwiches. Both were excellent. More chicken - fresh chicken - not frozen. The staff was friendly and the place clean. Read more
Just stopped in and discovered new owners had taken over just two days prior. It seemed brighter and the staff was happy to take... my order. The signature steak was as good as I remember and the prices did not seem to have risen much under new owners. Beengetting protein fixes here for almost a quarter century. Still works.
