Horrible service from kitchen. Bartender went back several times to get our food with no luck. After over an hour passed it... finally came( after 2 separate tables who sat down after we already ordered got their food first) my wife loved the fish fry andthen I got a steak sandwich with a ratio of 10-1 bread to meat and toppings. Never again. Horrible service. Read more

The ambionce was nice, although the food was not the greatest. My wife ordered a well done burger, but received a medium well... burger. I would be willing to return. I hope this helps them to improve the food service. Read more

I brought a friend for dinner tonight because I always say "good food". Tonight was horrible. I understand being short... staffed...but tonight was just horrid. I ordered calamari...which I normally love and the crab cake sandwhich. The calamariwas so overcooked and cold and the crab cake was so thin...so much bread and my sandwhich got cold because they did not make theChipotle mayo and it took forever for it to be brought to me when it was done. It was hard to flag our waitress..she was hardto find so I really could not complain. I just wanted out I was so embarrassed. Read more

This is such a fun place to go out to eat! It?s right on the water and you can watch the boats go out! The service was friendly... but very slow (on a weekday evening). My biggest complaint is that the prices are high but the portions are small. I got broiledfish and fries and I still felt hungry afterwards. The fries were delicious and the fish was okay. This place is an amazinglocation and fun atmosphere. I just hope the food quantity and quality changes to match the prices., Read more

Pelicans nest is a classic Rochester Summer place to be. I can bring my daughter here for lunch on a bright sunny day or come... later at night to drink and dance with my husband. The food is predictable but tasty. The outside seating is a major plus forme, there are umbrellas on the tables. The menu feels right for the location, the classic wings and burgers but also someseafood dishes. This is not a vegetarian friendly restaurant. The drinks are well made. On my most recent visit my daughter gota burger and I got a crab cake sandwich, the crab cake sandwich had a chipotle mayo that brought it up a notch for me, the frieswere seasoned and crunchy. The classic clam appetizer brings me back to my childhood. The server was really nice. We have andwill visit often. Read more

A most enjoyable dining experience on the waterside patio. Great for friends, family, or a date. Our waitress, Amanda, enhanced... the visit with her charm, friendliness, and great service! The food is absolutely delicious, nicely presented withouthesitation. Fun nautical decorations around the parking lot for those tourist photo opportunities. We happily return every year! Read more

This restaurant has a great spot at the Port of Rochester with views of the port and the marina. The dining room is spacious and... can be opened to the outdoors. The service is indifferent and ther food is acceptable. The clam strips were fairly good as wasmy fried fish sandwich, but nothing to write home about. Beer selection was decent otherwise. Good shot mainly due to locationwith just average food. Read more
