Peels on wheels made an amazing gluten-free pizza. You can tell theowner is very passionate about what he does. The sauce and cheeses were high quality. The pizza here is so good, way better than anything I have had in Rochester! Every component is excellent!! Fresh,... thoughtfully and carefully prepared! We?ve gotten pies from... here a few times and every single time the food was outstanding, but our most recent visit was the best yet. Having told all ofour friends and family about how much we love it here, we had to take pictures before we got to our car? once we?re in the car,it?s all fair game! ???? The owner, Luis, struck up a conversation with us and talked us into trying the Sicilian style Marinarapizza. Hands down BEST pizza I?ve ever eaten. The quality and care put into the makings of these pies is second to none. A perfectly... crisp crust. Not too thick. Not too thin. The cheese balances itself so elegantly off of the mix of flavors. Luis, the owner isalways there and ready to talk with you about his process anytime. Clean shop with good hygiene. This pizza fills you up butnever leaves you feeling bloated. I love pizza but honestly this place may have ruined almost any other pizza shop forme. 10/10. Read more
