This used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but ever since Covid, the menu has been much more limited. Could not even find... beef on the menu unless you count meatballs. Very disappointed. I suspect the food is still very good, just not enoughselections for me to go back, but I'll probably keep checking to see if they expand the menu again. Read more
We had a horrible experience tonight. We arrived for our 8pm pickup (placed order at 6:45). We then sat out front till 8:25... with the baby in the backseat whil we waited for them to bring out the food. We get home to discover none of our sides of pastawere in our dishes. A 75 dollar total takeout order and the only thing they were willing to do was 15 dollar CREDIT for thenext order (we rarely ever go here since we live so insanely far away ). 15 dollars for wasting our time and our dinner isridiculous. Went last night with friends and food was absolutely delicious! I had my favorite dish (1/2 order) of carbonara over gluten free... pasta. My husband has saltimbocca and said it was delicious, and had enough food for today. He also had the wedding soup withbread. We also had orders of greens and beans with sausage and red sauce with a meatball over ziti. Our friends loved their foodas and had meals for today. We are never disappointed. Read more
Ate here for the first time a year ago and had the full order of Carbanaro Romano...enough for two meals! Best thing ever!.... I've ordered take out quite a few times since and always get this. Went last night with a friend and swore I'd try somethingdifferent. I asked our waitress Beth, which I should order between two dishes and she recommended the Chicken Della Casa overthe Halibut Florentine. So happy I took her advice to order the chicken was tender and the whole dish so flavorful. As alwaysI brought home a quart of Italian Wedding Soup...it's better than mine! I did try a new dessert instead of cheesecake. If youwant an awesome dessert, order the lemon berry cake! Kudos to Beth...excellent service and personality. Read more

I really hate leaving bad reviews but this one is an exception since it?s a health and safety hazard to protect people in the... future. We had a horrible experience there that made us sick. We ordered a vegetarian dish of pasta with broccoli, oil andgarlic and were given pasta with chicken broth with pasta instead. This restaurant is not friendly to vegetarians or vegans, orpeople with dietary differences. We told the waitress no meat and dairy/eggs in the food and she served us stuff with hiddenchicken in it . She was fully aware we didn?t eat meat. We didn?t order anything with meat in it and made it clear we didn?twant meat in our dishes. She assured us the salad didn?t have meat when we asked the ingredients in the salad and dressing, onceagain confirming our diets. She then looked at the menu and said the pasta dish we ordered didn't have meat (she was wrong wefound out too late). Will not be going back there ever. She did not even check on it with the cook until after she served themeal to us. When it was brought out, it looked so strange. The oil was too yellow, so we called her over to our table again andhad her recheck with the cook for meat in it. After she brought it out and we found out she never asked the chief about theallergens (eggs/dairy) or meat in our food the first time, she just assumed from the menu that it was vegetarian since therewere no signs of meat in it from the wording. The menu was misleading, one of the few dishes without meat listed on the menu,happened to have meat in it. On the menu vegetable dishes that don?t usually contain meat (like pasta with broccoli and oil),vegetarian options, need to be labeled if there is meat in them, or a disclaimer instead of hiding items in foods that usuallydon?t have them.
