This my first time at Panera and I only tried it because my sister wanted something. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and... was dissatisfied with the false advertising. My chips were crunched up into little pieces when on the picture it shows my chipson my sandwich should whole. The taste of the food wasn?t bad it?s actually delicious. My French Onion soup had almost no cheese. The sandwich was okay, not spectacular. I took the lid off my very expensive latte... and was SHOCKED!! It was only HALF FULL!! I paid full price for a large, got a small inside a large cup. Read more
TERRIBLE. I would not even rank a 1-star. My friends and I went last night and we really should not have. All orders were wrong... and they seemed understaffed, which is unfortunate, but why take it out on your customers instead of your management? My friendordered a certain sandwich and received the complete wrong order -- in addition to pink, undercooked turkey. Absolutelyunacceptable. There was also meat in her salad dressing, something that should concern any vegetarian/vegan customers! Theycross contaminate. I ordered a pick-2 with two soups (ten veggie and broc. cheddar) for my partner and I, both of which tastedlike drinking burnt water. I assume they poured hot water to mix the soups they were cooking, because half of my soup was justslushy, filmy water. I took a picture of it just resting in a layer on the surface in addition to the undercooked meat. When myfriend called, they only offered to re-make it if she came back. When I called, they offered a refund if I had the receipt.Which one is it? Why make your customer come back from driving all the way home to re-make a meal, who would want to do that? Don?t come to the one. The food is never as good and it takes sooooooo long. Tonight there was one car ahead of us and we waited... almost 20 minutes. It?s not a staffing issue because from the window we could clearly see people standing around, and one guy onhis cell phone, which is annoying but also pretty gross. If you want to splurge on the food, do yourself a favor and go toanother location. Read more
