Went for a drink and to hear Mitty and the Followers. It was a fun night.

Small, but cute bar on Culver. Staff was friendly, beer selection was pretty good for a bar of its size, everyone enjoyed the... food. They have live music a few nights a week. We saw Nuthin' Fancy on a Friday night and had a great time! Read more

I like the music, but it's been nearly impossible to get the bartenders to get me a drink. One time, the owner (who was very... sweet) came from out of nowhere to go behind the bar and get me a drink after she said she saw me standing there forever, notbeing served. (Need to note that I always tip well, regardless of service). Next time I went, the bartenders kept walking by me(per usual) as I leaned over the bar. When I finally asked for a drink as one walked by ignoring me for the umpteenth time, shesaid, "Hold on", and asked 2 men if she could get them drinks - but they said they were good, had full drinks in front of them,and had not been flagging her down. I almost cried. It felt humiliating. I only went back one time after that, a very long timelater (last weekend), and I noticed at least one of the women bartenders there was a different. I couldn't bring myself to eventry to get a drink, though. So don't know if this bartender waits on women. Unfortunately, the effect this has had is that whenmy group of friends wants to go, I steer them someplace else. Read more
