This isn't the only McDonald's with this problem.. it seems all of them suffer from it now. But it is basically an awful service... for walk-ins now. There is zero urgency at all and they really make you feel like a burden for even walking in at all. Eitherpay your workers more so they do better or change your walk in policy. Went with my dad and little sister. It was nice just like old times. I hadn't been to that McDonald's since the last time it was... renovated, but it looks pretty nice. The big screen used to place an order is a cool addition. Overall good experience. Read more
Ordered on the app for Curbside Pickup @ 8:30am. Waited at my spot for 20min. Tried to walk in to get my food, all doors were... locked. At 8:50am. Had to walk up to the drive thru window to ask where the food was, and had to wait until they could hand itto me through the window. This location is suppose to be 24 hours. I pulled in at 6:30 am the staff did not acknowledge any one in the drive thru. I pull... up to the window and the staff is standing around talking and did not even look my way. There was a gentleman working outsideand he didn?t even know what was going on. The staff is rude and they need customer service skills training. I drive out of myway to the location on E Ridge and Goodman and the staff was courteous and efficient. Hudson ridge location need to get somepointers from the Goodman location. They need to shutdown, fire all the staff and hire new people that want to work. Read more
