Rude, miserable and lazy hood rats. McDonald?s isn?t a hard job, yes it can be busy but it?s not a critical thinking type of... gig. Waited 20 mins in the drive thru, waited another 10 mins for someone to take my debit card. Food came out the window coldand was basically throw at us. The hot cocoa was excellent. Made with milk not too hot not too cold. The fries on the other hand were not very warm and they... were chewy. Probably sitting around for a while. Read more
Lazy, rude staff that doesn?t want to do the very basics of their job. I would leave zero if possible. Waited in the parking lot... for a mobile order for over 30 minutes before I canceled the order. Read more
This location has no care for customers. Went there last week and paid through the Kiosk but no receipt. I asked for one and... they said they had no idea how to get it for me and just walked away. I sent in a complaint which no one has responded today.Today I went back to get a coffee and the kiosk still is not printing receipts. So clearly when you make complaints they filethem in the circular file cabinet (the trash) and ignore them. Read more
Employees were to busy talking to each other. Neither drive through employee said a single word. Fries were barely warm. Burger... was thrown together and tossed in the bag. It seems as though the employees as well as management don't really care. Last time Iwill visit this location. Read more
Worst experience ever. My boyfriend and I went to the drive thru and when we drove to the window, we realized we had the wrong... order. My boyfriend politely asked the employee that our order was wrong. Then, the manager came over to the window and rudelyasked for our receipt? and then asked to see our bag as if she didn?t believe us. I never post reviews, but I?m definitely nevergoing back again that?s for sure. (Not to mention we were in the drive thru for at least 45 minutes) Read more
