You should go here if you like your money to be taken from you. Cashier put the money on wrong pump and when I went back in I... was told I should?ve went out and stopped them myself and it was my problem by the manager. She told me I had to dispute it withmy bank and I did but then I found out I was charged again since Fastrac reversed it. Went back in another 4 times to figurewhat they can do to me and eventually the store manager told me there is nothing she can do for me and I had to call my bankagain and dispute the charge again. Manager is only there certain times so you can get help if you need it. Very poorly ranbusiness won?t be going there. There was also a very rude cashier that tried making up some random story about what happen whenI went in there asking for the manager. Won?t be going to this gas station ever again. Read more

I used to get gas here often, as I was always near by. Over the past 18 months the gas pumps are always running so slow, it... takes forever to fill my tank. They pump about 2-3 gallons per minute. So it takes 10 minutes to fill my truck. I assume thepumps need a filter change. I'll find another place to stop... Read more
Went to get gas at night and got there at 9:52pm and pumps were turned off when they aren't supposed to be closed until 10pm.... Its ridiculous! Used fastrac for over 5 years now and ever since they went away from 24hr service, they always shut off pumpsbefore by 950pm. Going to go to mobile from now on when its cheaper there anyways and they are open 24hrs. Read more

Went to the Fastrac on Calkins Rd. Member price was 2.99 a gallon, only to find out the Fastrac card doesn't work there. Asked... how to get the 2.99 price, and was told to go somewhere else. Read more
The only reason I go here is for the free air machine. THEY NO LONGER PROVIDE FREE AIR (probably because they were always broken... and didn't want to pay for the maintenance anymore). Nothing happened when I put my coins in the air machine. I asked theattendant for my money back and she said she couldn't do that because her manager wasn't there. So I guess you can take people'smoney if there's no manager on site. Thanks for nothing, won't be getting my gas here anymore. They should probably be paying usfor putting up with their terrible air pump services. Read more
Apparently all gas stations in Henrietta close by 10pm? Seriously that is a ridiculous time to close!! I can understand closing... by midnight, but most people are still out and about at 9/10pm. I pulled into Fast Track Henrietta at 955pm got out of my carwas about to put my debit card into the pump and the screen went to close!! Freaking ridiculous and I'll be sure to visit anyother gas station than yours!! Read more
