This the only one that I like going to which is at least 3-4 times a week. They Always get your order right, polite, and... ordering ahead of time is always good to me being you just go to the drive thru window passing all the other cars and theyusually have your order right there. Read more
Worst customer service ever, I came in today to only stand and be walked by 5 times. The girl at the front never asked me if I... was ready, ignored me waiting to place an order. Instead she walked in my face to take online orders and not worry about thecustomer standing in front of her. Even the guy mopping floor called out and asked who?s running the front someone wants toorder. With people like that working their who would rather walk by the customer and not do their jobs, they shouldn?t even havea staff. Will never go back here and it?s said because it?s a place that company uses daily when we are out in our truckdeliveries. I strongly urge people to not use the Lake Avenue Dunkin Donuts. Waste of time and if their customer service is thatbad, I can only unaligned how orders get messed up or worse. How your food may be nasty or made the wrong way. Read more
Some people like their coffee very bold and strong and some people don't. I'm one of the people that don't. I like DD coffee... but they forget to ask if I want regular roast or bold. If I get the bold roadt it is much too strong and I waste my money. Read more
This is a convenient spot to get coffee, but I stopped going to this location because the staff constantly park in the... accessible parking spaces and the adjacent access aisles. It's always the same cars and none have accessible parking placards.I've complained about this several times but nothing has changed. The pictures I am posting on this review were taken on twodifferent days. They're the same cars both times. It's really disappointing that they just don't care about customers withdisabilities who need those spaces to access the store and they don't care that they're violating the law. Read more
This location is most certainly one of my favorites. The staff is amazing and always alert. I usually come here every other... day before work. Donuts are always fresh... that's a bonus to me???? Keep up the fantastic work???????? Read more
