The food is just okay. And Sometimes they give you the wrong pattie. The service is horrible. You have to wait long for service... even when nobody is a head or you. The ladies act as if you are bothering them. I no longer buy food from here but I pick updeliveries and nothing has change still some nasty attitude! Read more

most disgusting location ive ever seen. the staff is rude and the food is made wrong every single time. First time my two bagels... were rock hard because of how stale they were and this time completely wrong cream cheese and barely any at that and the bagelwas black burnt, i asked for lightly toasted. A word of advice, when making your stop to the drive through window, always put your vehicle in park. Because you will... involuntarily lift your foot from the brake and roll away screaming when hot coffee gets poured in your lap. After this happens,you'll get words of encouragement like " Don't let it ruin your day" and " You got this" That being said, my half cup of coffeewas superb. Read more

S L O.W.E.S T dunkin ever! It doesn't matter if there is one car in the drive-thru. Don't go there if there is a rush. Wait... time is always roughly 15 to 20 minutes and that's just to get to the window. Read more

Short Staff, waited for 15 min before I left. Seems like who was working was taking care of the drive thru and online orders and... just ignoring walk in customers. All I wanted was just a large black coffee. Even the people in front of us said the peoplebefore them walked out also, after waiting 15 minutes themselves. So, if my calculations are correct, customer service blew offeveryone in line, who walked in, for 30 minutes. If I ran this store, I'd FIRE EVERYONE!!!!! Read more

I love Dunkin Donuts, but this location needs help with how to manage their orders and their service. I have tried going... through the drive thru several times on my way to work, but I end up waiting so long that I end up leaving. Today I decided togo in and order, and it was just as bad. There was a line of people behind me and a couple of people ahead of me. No one wasat the counter, and there were 2 people over by the drive thru window discussing something that seemed to take forever. Therewere people waiting at the mobile "order ahead" counter who were also waiting a long time. I don't understand the issue withservice at this location. They are very short staffed it seems. Also, this very slow drive thru service has caused manytraffic jams on Long Pond Road, which is a very busy intersection near Ridgeway Avenue. If it weren't for the brand andproducts served, I don't think anyone would want to wait this long for something as simple as a donut or a breakfast sandwich. I then went to the Tim Horton's drive thru across the street and ordered within seconds and got my order. There were 4 peopleworking there, and it wasn't even that busy. I love having Dunkin near me, but I most likely will not be going back thereagain. Read more

I just don't understand how almost Everytime I go here and order NO CHEESE like it clearly states on the order tag but managed... to ALWAYS get cheese instead of egg! It's not like they entered the order wrong! All the person had to do was read the screenor/and tag! This happens almost Everytime I go and while ordering we do mention " I have a cheese allergy". Always have to pullover in their parking lot to check the sandwiches before leaving. I've worked for Dunkin for 4 years a while back and I canassure you it's not that hard to read the order screen or tag... How this always happens I can't fathom. Read more
