Facility was quite dirty. Cobwebs in all windows and along all windows sills with dead bugs. Dried smash donut frosting on the... woodwork next to the register, also many tiny flies (fruit ?) That kept bothering me and the guest I met for coffee. Read more
Breakfast sandwich, coffee, and hash browns were ordered on my app. Took over 20 minutes to receive my order. I watched people... walking in the store well after myself, ordering, and getting their food before me. My sandwich was cold which probably meanssomeone just overlooked it and it was sitting for a while. Horribly unorganized at that location. Not the first time I've waitedWAY too long there! Amazing staff this morning!! I've been in Foodservice for over 33 yrs and these 3 Amazing Women were politely working w a sense... of of urgency very efficiently while having a full drive thru and line almost out the door..Unfortunately they told me Icouldn't tip them..That's a shame !! Terrible experience. Ordered a medium iced coffee with cream. And they basically gave me a milk with a little coffee. I ordered... a small dragonfruit refresher and they gave me a mango pineapple refresher. And the app wouldn?t connect so I also couldn?t getrewards. Won?t be coming here as much for sure in the future. Read more

We went early so it was pretty empty, but the service was nice and the hash browns were cooked to perfection!!!
