Order from a different Salvatore's. This is the worst one, This is mainly because the staff is all over the place. No matter... what you order your food is going to take an hour. (This is literally what the person on the phone told me) I order food for mycompany, so I pre-order in advance for specific times. I've placed 3 different orders at this salvatores and they have been 30minutes late twice and an HOUR late when I had to feed 60 individuals!! I only order sheet pizzas and the last time I ordered, 6of my pizzas looked like the number "8" Management is terrible and lack customer service skills. I called this time andcomplained about the lateness and poor quality of pizza and the gentleman said "That's how they're supposed to look" "What doyou want me to do" I included a picture of one of the pizzas. Typically a sheet pizza fills up the whole box and it's arectangle not an 8.... I called when they were running 30 minutes late and the lady told me they were on their way and hung upon me. This location used to be great but the new management must be running it down. I'm truly disgusted by the rudeness I onlygave 2 stars because it's salvatores and the flavor is still there. I typically order from the Salvatores on S Clinton that oneis AMAZING and I will go back to ordering there. Read more
The donuts were SO delicious! We ordered the cannoli donut, honey bun, blueberry, and pumpkin spice! Except for the pumpkin... spice donut, the were not overly sweet like many chain donut shops. The coffee was also delicious! Read more

Donuts Delite catered our wedding and it could not have gone smoother. They arrived on time, set up the donuts quickly and... quietly and came back right on time to pick up the equipment. This is a Rochester classic! I?ve lived here my whole life and the first time I?ve been Donuts Delite. Ridge Donuts was closed,... so we went to the second best donuts in town and it appears that many other people did too. The line to get in was down thestreet, but it was worth it. The counter was clearly understaffed and new. Great selection of donuts and they were allexcellent. Read more
Donuts Delite catered our wedding dessert (we much prefer donuts to cake); we ordered about 130 donuts in an assortment of... cannoli, maple bacon, sour cream, and a custom lemon blueberry. We looked at a few different options around Rochester, but werehappiest with the strong flavors at Donuts Delite. They were great to work with in making sure we were satisfied with thechoices we wanted, including experimenting with custom flavors. Several options were available for displays and racks (forrent), which made for a beautiful donut wall. I would give 4-4.5 stars if I could. At times, the owner and staff can bedifficult to get in touch with. It seems that they are working on streamlining this. We also had a large quantity of a plaincake donut we did not order. I think this was a substitution for many of the custom donuts we wanted, which was adisappointment. With that being said, dessert was definitely a highlight at our wedding and we would absolutely choose DonutsDelite again. Read more

Variety of donuts is great however, wish they would label all the varities available to have time to order.... Because asking... what they are while there is a line is stressful. Also for the price at $18 a dozen they should make sure the donuts have enoughfilling in them. We had to eat 2/3 of two donuts to get to the filling they really had so little white cream in them it wasdisappointing and no chocolate frosting on top! Read more
