Had pasta with sausage delivered. There was no pasta or sausage. It was a pool of marinara sauce with cheese on top. I tried... calling the restaurant back multiple times but they never answered the phone. How does an order of pasta with no pasta in itmake it out the door? Read more
Dominos does not deliver in our area so we have ordered a takeaway from them for the first time. The pizza was good, lava cake... was good as usual too. Order was ready on time. Location was convenient for a take away. Parking up front. Read more
Ordered at 11:17pm, 1:45Am my order said delivered. Obviously at this point the store was closed so I had no body to contact.... Angel, the driver, then showed up shortly after and tried handing me the wrong order. After realizing she had delivered my foodto the wrong house, she said she was going to go ?swap it out?. I asked her if she had my number to stay in contact, she said?um? yeah.? 30 minutes later and she never returned with any food or a phone call. I understand that I ordered late and maybethey were busy, but I was waiting up for food and now don?t have any other options for dinner tonight. I?m just extremelydissatisfied. Read more
Ok ok on a Saturday I can expect an hour wait that's fine. But I write this still not have gotten my order of a single pizza... after 3 hours. An order placed at 8:54 pm. And I'm writing this at 11:04 pm. Without the my promised cheesey prize. A literalentire night of waiting, why? Read more
I've waited for 6 days for my pizza or my money back. I spent 30m getting obnoxiously advertised to, then 1m getting lied to... saying my food was coming. :) Update: it's now been over a full MONTH I've waited for my order or refund. at least 3 in personvisits and several phone calls without resolution. This is straight up theft at this point and I've tried telling them I don'teven care whether I get my order or my money back and somehow this still isn't resolved. There's no excuse for stealing andcompletely ignoring this issue. Read more
So we had dinner her the other day (Pickup.) The person who took the order was pleasant, however, everything went downhill... from there. I was told I would get a text once my order was ready, that did NOT HAPPEN. So I show up, wait awhile in thevehicle ( still no text) so I go in to find out that my pies were ready. I believe the staff member apologized, and told mesomething "funky" was going on with the system. Alright no worries. I think check my pies and noticed one the pies was shovedin the box poorly, so the pie was bent......NOT COOL, but forgivable. I then notice there was no Gatlic butter brushed on thepies......Are you serious Dominoes????????? How could you forget the GARLIC BUTTER.....it's a Selling point for youguys????????????????????????. I bring this to the staff's attention, and he takes my pies and puts the garlic butter on them.I left satisfied, but disappointed that they did not do a good job with the service that day. There is always great pizza, chicken, sandwiches, and desserts here. I get it delivered overtime and my food is always on time... and the customer service is great. I have never had any issues with this particular Domino's. I always get the choose any two ormore deal when I order food from Domino's also. I have ordered salads before and it is not fresh. The salads are alreadyprepared and you don't really get that much. The chicken on the caesar salad wasn't all that great either but thats not thestore's fault.... Read more
