Some of the best ramen I?ve had! From what I know they make their own miso broth over several hours instead of buying instant... miso, and it definitely tastes like it. Pictured are the pork belly ramen with wavy noodle and pork belly buns. Boba was gudtoo, came in a nice sturdy cup that can be reused. Read more
This ramen was amazing!!! The pork was nice and the flavor of my miso broth was really good! I also got a passion fruit seltzer... and it was just delicious! Recommend this place for a very reasonably priced ramen with great flavors and it was fast too. Thestaff was super nice too. My friend has a gluten allergy and they made sure to check what had gluten and what didn?t so that shecould get something and not get sick. Very well taken care of! Will definitely go back! Read more
Sunday lunch. Ramen for us. Menu is so flexible , this is chicken with miso broth. You see seaweed and scallion. Liked the... preparation of the chicken. One of us had pork belly and we liked that as well. The egg was fine and these were.the wavy noodle.Miso broth flavor was good, spice level was.good for us. Do not expect the items like mushroom / scallion / carrot in largevolume. We enjoyed the outside. Table for 3. Had shade for us at noon. The parking is sufficient. Indoor tables are alsoavailable. The fried potsticker was good, the garnish was fresh and we ate it all!! The fresh beverage was yummy as well.Professional staff. We didn't wait long and it wasn't crowded at the time. Did see several take out while we were there. Bothdishes were hot fresh. Plan your drive , as Mt Hope has a median at this location, and you may need to use the UTurn.
