Chuck E Cheese is ligit! I love the salad bar and the pizza and cheesy bread is amazing. My gkids have alot of fun here.
My daughter turned 1yrs old yesterday & The location promised me 6 balloons in my package birthday party hat and 20 free ticket... for booking online we never received the birthday girls party hat pizza was cold however the location in Greece has no heliumand I was told if I come out there they have 1 balloon blowed up and 5 flat balloon which means I have to get the balloon blowedup myself worst experience EVER 10 wings where 20.51 they were as small as my pinky. The restroom had no toilet tissue in thestalls ..I honestly WILL NEVER BOOK AT THE GREECE LOCATION CHUCKIE CHEESE EVER AGAIN .They are VERY EXPENSIVE LOW QUALITYSERVICE. MONEY HUNGRY Read more
Y 6year old definitely loves this place all she talks about gets too many people and can't play certain games and don t get the... full use of your play pass cuz people wait to play a game or ride a ride ect... But when we went their the first time had abirthday party all the kids had the time of their lives so much to do when it's notñ crowded the second time got so frustratedwith all the people twisting. And turning shoulder to shoulder kids and people running into you they should put a limit on howmany people can attend the kids bday party like 20 cuz these one people literally had 45 people at the little baby girls partyturning one this is not a place for 1 year old barely two ...my opinion.....I have fun here as well tho a lot of the adults havejust as much in as the kids I would highly recommend this place to go have fun with the kids and to throw a little birthdayparty if it's not crowded. staff was awesome my birthday waitress girl was great kind and very friendly Read more
I have to give 5 stars. The staff, service and cleanliness were all amazing. We drove in from Buffal area so was expecting the... only Rochester location to be larger, but they made baby girl feel on the top of the world. Thanks Cheese! We'll visit againwhen in the area. Read more
I mean, what can I say it?s Chuck E Cheese. It was clean and the food was good. It?s not cheap but kids love it
This location was absolutely spotless, with multiple hand cleaning stations. We were actually the only family there at the time,... so we had the run of the whole place! The pizza was delicious but small and pricey. The games were a lot of fun, but againpricey with very little reward for the children. All in all a great experience with perks for adults as well. My adult daughter still loves to go to Chuck E Cheese. So we had some coupons to use. We got pizza, pop & Unicorn Churos. The... food was OK. Basic kids food. But I love the way they run the games now. You get a wristband which is reloadable. And you pay acertain amount for an hour. Everything is loaded on the wristband so you don't have to touch tokens or tickets. And you can alsokick money in for the prizes. Or you can buy the prizes. Chuck E came out a few times. The only drawback was that the bathroomwas a little dirty. No soap and dirt on the handle of the towel dispenser. But it's to be expected with lots of children. Butoverall we had a good time.
