I had a bug in my soup. I called to let the restaurant know (things happen). I was angry when I sat for almost a minute for the... person on the other end to even respond. I had to ask him what are you going to do about it? After being dragged to handle theissue, a credit for the soup was applied. A full refund and immediate apology should have taken place.
