I ordered a garbage plate. It was acceptable, though with smaller portions than any other plate I've seen. Nothing about it... stood out as good, the mac salad was bland, the fries were mid, and the cheeseburger patties were quite thin. Enjoyed a white hot & some French fries. Nice clean environment. Very friendly workers . Efficient service even during lunch... hour rush. Good variety of choices available. Would recommend you to stop in when you are in the area. Read more

Moved into the old Henrietta Hots location. I've been told it's pretty much the same crew/equipment as when it was Henrietta... Hots. Food was great but my only issue is that the Mac Salad is NOT worth it. I'm a religious home fry/Mac salad guy butwhatever recipe they are using is just bland and hot worth it. Just adds a different texture, no flavor. Everything else myfamily ordered was great. Do not recommend the Mac Salad though. Read more
This place is amazing. Regardless of the hour. During the day? Sure go for it. You can get a plate then and you can get a plate... later. Oh you?re extremely plastered and want a plate late at night on a weekend? You bet chappys will be there to serve you theabsolute most stellar garbage plate on the face of this earth. Customer service has always been good with me and my friends. Aslong a you are respectful to them they will reciprocate it to you. This is an unassuming place from the outside, the service was really good and the place was very clean. I ordered my first... garbage plate here. I got the sausage which turned out to be patties, I was expecting links, so that?s on me for not askingdetails. I?d give it an 85. Fries and onion rinds were 100. Only giving four stars because of the great service I received, but the food itself was just average. This was my first time... eating a garbage plate and I was really looking forward to it. However, the meat I got was rather bland and the home fries werejust okay. However, the service is what made up for it. Another member in my group accidentally took my order and ate it, whichI didn't realize. I went up to the register, and once we realized what happened, they made another one for me at no cost to me.I really appreciated that. I really want to give this place a five star rating because I appreciate good people, but there isdefinitely room for improvement. Read more
