Love Caraglios pizza, but not the Gates location. Ordered a breakfast pizza for the next day for a work function and prepaid. ... When I showed up to pick it up I was told it wasn?t ready because ?they had a bunch of orders this morning?. Being that I gaveadequate time and paid ahead of time so I could quickly pick it up, felt it was terrible customer service to tell me it justwent in the oven when I arrived for pick up. Great pizza special on Monday and Tuesday.
Ordered a MOB pizza. 1/4 of the pizza had no toppings. I belong to the rewards program but have yet to see any rewards added.
Called at 215pm today for a young boy to answer the phone and disrepect my 70 yead old mother in law and then I call back and... was disrespectful to me. I asked for the manager as we have been going here for years and he said why you need the manager Iasked for his name he said no and continued to be extremely rude and threatening. Read more

Ordered online and waited 2 hrs for the pizza to come. We called after an 1hr 15min to see what the hold up was and was told it... was on the way. We get the pizza finally, 2 hrs late and it's cold. I called to complain and was told they only had one driverand they were busy. Maybe if food wasn't so expensive I wouldn't be so upset but come on. We had to heat the pizza up in atoster oven. If you only have one driver, maybe call and give a heads up or don't be so greedy that you take all these ordersknowing the pizza will be late or cold. Lost our business for good. Read more
