Probably the worst customer service I've ever had. Ordered online so it'd be ready by the time I was here, 20 minutes after... pulling up im writing this review with no food. The food is WAY too overpriced. The food taste does not meet the prices that they?re asking for. Service was super slow at... lunchtime (when you?d think they have the most staff). Personally I?d suggest going to McDonald?s where you can save a ton usingtheir mobile app. Read more
I ordered a whopper jr with cheese and I added extra onions, cheese, and bacon. When I got my sandwich it only had cheese and... bacon on it, no mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, or onions. They made my sandwich second time and it wasn't right. Finally they got itright on the third time, but the bacon was under cooked. Terrible service. The staff is incredibly rude, and food takes forever to be served. It took about 15 minutes to get my lunch... and when I mentioned that, one of the staff decided it was appropriate to nearly climb over the counter mouth off in the mostsnarky, rude tone. Read more
