This BK on Ridgeway is where we usually go to for our veggie burgers. Today we tried their impossible plant based burger abd it... was delicious.. the workers st this place have always been nice .. Never had a problem with them. We are deaf and they?ve alwaysmet our needs. Thank you. Read more
If you want half decent service and want to get your order right you?re better off going to this location during the day before... 7PM. Went through the drive thru at 10:20PM and when we got to the window to pay and receive our food, the girl working thewindow spoke loudly about the next person in line being the last one before they close for the night while there were still 3other people waiting to order when we pulled off. It wasn?t even 10:30PM and they were already starting to close when theyaren?t suppose to until midnight. By the time we got home with our food our whole order was wrong. Gave us the wrong sizeddrinks and flavor of drinks, wrong sized fries, even couldn?t make the bacon king I ordered right! Don?t go here when the nightshift is there. They?re miserable, rude, and just don?t care about what they give you because it?s all wrong. They only careabout trying to close up early if they can. Then give you attitude when you ask for your drinks that you ordered that theyforgot to give you. This location used to be good but now they have the most careless night staff I?ve ever seen them have.Closing 2 hours early than suppose to and terrible service. There was 6 cars ahead of me in the drive thru and it took 8 minutes for me to get to the order menu and then another 7 minutes... to get to the window to pay and get my order which was just a 6 piece nugget kids meal and chocolate milk. The girl who took myorder was not very friendly but the service was fast and the order was correct, and that's why I gave 3 stars. Read more
The original chicken sandwich and the fish sandwich were both 'Buy One, Get One for $1', so I order 2 of each. This should be... about $13 so I was surprised when it came to over $20. When I asked about it, I was informed that unless you ask for the deal,you will be charged full price. After a little exchange, I got the deal. However, while waiting for my food, the manager cameover and reiterated to the cashiers that unless the customer asks for the deal, they should charge them full price. That's apretty shady business practice IMHO. Also, the food sucked, even by my low BK standards. Read more
Burger King has always been a national food chain and depends on where You go it can be a 50/50. I once wanted to try out their... nuggets cause they had a good deal on them. Never again will I ingest that meat they called chicken. By far the worst mysterymeat tasted in my life.???? The classic whopper is still legit but after indulging in their chicken nuggets I haven?t been ableto find myself back in the drive through line ever since. BK y?all have to do better!
