Today was the first time they have messed up my herby Turkey sandwich bad in years. The herby turkey is a set sandwich on the... menu. The girl put mayo on it instead of the cream cheese (GROSS), didn't put the extra tomato paste or extra lettuce and gaveme the wrong bagel all together, she gave me a sesame seed one. And honestly I don't work on that side of town, I go that waybecause my daughter goes to school over there, otherwise I would've turned around and asked them to remake it but I had to getto work. I didn't notice because I didn't eat right away so I got stuck wiping everything off and just keeping the turkey with alittle bit a lettuce and onions that weren't covered in mayo. I go to this location once a week to grab my herby turkey on angarlic or everything bagel ???? with extra tomato paste, my husbands build your own on a plain bagel ???? toasted. A bakersdozen with one of their really awesome cream cheeses! Next time I'll have the person that normally makes my sandwiches makethem again! Thanks ladies! Read more
The bagels are good but I really can't stand how this is the only Bruggers in the area that won't take your credit card and run... it through at the drive thru. They stick this big machine out the window and make you swipe it yourself all so they can have atip prompt on the screen. I rather drive to avoid this. Read more
Bruegger's has an expansive choice of bagels. And they put ample cream cheese on them. Other places act like the cream cheese is... coming out of their paycheck. I just wish they had longer hours. They close kind of early. Read more
Today went through drive thru order a small unsweetened tea and 2 bagels with cream cheese. We were charged 10.66....which is... not the correct amount anyways,but when qe got to window give her my card and was given the 2 bagels with cream cheese. Sheclosed the drive thru window never gave receipt. After 5 mins opened window and tried handing us the next order. We said we havebeen waiting for our unsweetened tea. She tried telling us we weren't charged for it . I said I was charged 10.66 for 2 bagelswith cream cheese and given no receipt. On site and in store clearly bagel and cream cheese is 2.59. Definitely felt scammedafter this experience and couldn't help ,but think was over charged and not given a receipt to get away with it. Left a badtaste in my mouth after this experience sadly. I paid $17 for 2 bagels and a drink which was fine but the issue is that i was given three sandwhiches not a single one was... mine. Im in a 10 hour rehearsal and cant get up and leave to get this fixed. This was my breakfast and lunch and possiblydinner. Read more

I love Bruegers but... I'm glad I stopped in to the restroom 1st. I doubt it has been cleaned in a month. Disgusting. Makes me... wonder if they clean anything else. I walked out before ordering. Very sad since the closest Bruegers is an hour from my house Read more
