Absolutely wonderful staff. Prices are out of control. These are smaller than standard bagels and did you seriously just charge... me $0.90 for a single extra slice of cheese? Get bent. Read more
Good, fast service. Great food. Sadly, the dining room is still closed, July 2022. Easily 5 star jf they re-open.
Losing Its Luster. The store was not open at the time stated via the corporate website, nor did they have the menu items... listed. When I expressed my frustration and disappointment, the manager actually recommended I try Panera. (I'm sure corporatelikes that). This is poor management and lousy customer service. I won't be back, and have told co-workers at our nearby officeto avoid the headache of going to a Bruegger's. The last 3 times I've gone to this particular location. I have had a similar disappointing experience. Today I thought I'd give... one more chance but once again I bought 2 bagels one was completely burnt and the other wasn't even the right bagel. I lovebrueggers bagels but I will no longer go to this location. Read more
