I got around to trying Bill's steak & cheese sandwich today. For the money it was small, the smallest I've had ever, anywhere,... but the roll was soft, fresh, textury and tasty, just slightly bigger than a hot dog bun.. the steak was tasty too, with nonasty bits in it. It tasted fresh and it was yummy. I got mine with grilled mushrooms, onions, & peppers, American cheese, andmeat sauce. The veggies were served on a paper plate. The sandwich was served on paper in a basket. Classic presentation.Everything was perfectly hot. Fresh Veggies were grilled to perfection. I'll post photos. The was good in the past. The food was fresh but greasy. I should have been tipped off when the beeper was greasy. All counters... and most tables were dirty. The floors needed to be swept. The ketchup area was dirty. Read more
We would like to recommend that management speak with the kids about literally tossing (watched the young man do it) the to go... orders sideways onto the pick up rack. Now for a second time our everything burger was slid out of the bun and a mess. Read more
I do not take any joy in writing this negative review but I must in this case. From the moment we walked in, it smelled like... urine. I immediately noticed the floors, counters, beverage area, booths looked as though they hadn't been cleaned in quite awhile (not hours, more like days). I know it's tough to find good employees but, in those cases, owners and management must stepup and take on the jobs that they might not want to do. Surprisingly, the bathrooms were clean, which was a relief because I wasscared walking in. Read more
