After years of my family coming here, I still have no complaints. Customer Service is always on point. The food is awesome and... always fresh... but when I tell ya they have some of the best milkshakes hands down... I'm not kidding! Banana/Chocolate is oneof my favorite flavors???????????? Very disappointed!! I ordered a garbage plate, cheese burger and kid hamburger meal to go. The bill was $31.00. Once I got home... I realized that my garbage plate did not have any meat sauce at all, instead it was SPLATTERED with relish! As if they replacedthe meat sauce with relish. They didn?t put any sauce on the cheese burger at all (as I requested) My visit was on October 6,2022 at around 430pm. I will not visiting that business again and I will tell everyone I know about my experience! Read more

As usual, the fries tasted like they had been under a heat lamp longer than they should have. The burger wasn't too bad. The... person who took my order was a vast improvement from the last time. For 6:30 on a Sunday night, the rest of the staff seemed tohave a lot of time on their hands. Lots of standing around and goofing off. Even heard one or two make jokes about customerswhen they thought they were out of earshot. Tonight's visit may be the last time I go to the Latta Road Bill Grays. The one atthe Port of Rochester has better service and the food is actually hot when you get it. Read more
Ordered a cheeseburger, 2 crispy chicken sandwiches, fries and onion rings and it was all fantastic! They have the BEST beer... battered onion rings in town. We will definitely be ordering again. Read more

I love going to Bill Gray's because every time I go, the food is consistent and always tastes the same every time. If you're... looking for a great greasy cheeseburger, look no further. Especially if you go to one with an Abbott's Frozen Custard inside aswell! Best chocolate almond around and I wish we had one closer to where I live.
