The service at this location has greatly improved lately. Service is fast. Drive thru is friendly. Food is fresh and warm. Dante... has been very fast and friendly. Worst arbys in Rochester. REPORT IT PLEASE to health department as well as Arbys website. ..I work around the corner. And many... times they dont answer u at the window when they are clearly open. Literally ignore you. Go inside. And Service takes 15 minsplus to get your food. Not even enough time to get food on my lunch break it's so slow. Someone needs to get a new manager. Orget a district manager to straighten things out. This place is unsanitary with greasy floors, flies, dirty tables and I'll bereporting it to the health department. Was a 5 star and I'm changing it to because of my last experience. The cashier was absolutely horrible and rude. There was no... condiments in the container. The floor was SO greasy and slippery. All of the tables were dirty. When we got our sandwichesthere was almost no cheese on them and when I asked for some they were complaining to each other that the cheese wasn't warmyet. I work nearby, so this is an easy place to get to for lunch. I try to avoid the noon rush hour, usually get there either around... 11 or else around 1:30-2. I always get the classic roast beef sandwich and curly fries, and they're great. Always hot and fresh,taste terrific. During Covid, or if I come in too close to noon, service has been spotty, but that's when they're busy orunusually short-handed. I've always gotten great food with quick and friendly service. One question, though - why is it alwaysso darn COLD in there? Even in August, I have to remember to bring a sweater to put on, and I always have to eat my food fasterthan I want to or else it goes cold. The past few times I've gone in, at different times of day and different days of the week,EVERY single time I've walked in just as someone else is walking out, complaining loudly about the cold. I get that cold airkeeps us customers from dawdling, but it's not necessary to freeze our food while we're trying to eat it! :-) Read more
This Arby?s has never once gotten my order right. I don?t have a particularly difficult order, the only thing I ever ask is that... they substitute curly fries for jalapeño bites, which they always say they can do. Consistently French dips will be served withno au jus, they will forget the jalapeño bites but still put in bronco berry sauce, I have never once received the order that Iplaced from this Arby?s. They forgot napkins and a straw at the drive through. I asked the lady at the window and she made loud noises like she couldn't... hear. Ok but don't give me attitude. Kept pointing to the bag. I checked. No straw or napkins. She only gave me a straw. Don'tbe incompetent and rude. Read more
Their 2-5 specials are nice but the meat recently changed (was so dry that it crumbled when eating.. not usual of them) and they... don't put red ranch on the roast beef sandwiches anymore. Good chocolate milkshakes though. Beware, the older cashier is atalker...and will try to keep you there for a while telling you random things ( like apparently their last crew day drank in theback a lot on their shifts which is probably something she shouldn't be telling random customers lol) Read more
