Abbott's Frozen Custard is about the best frozen custard you can get anywhere. Sadly, they know this, and they charge you a... whole lot for it. It's unfortunate. The days of making your customers happy with a good value are long gone, now it's all aboutthe money grab. Read more

Very simple flavors, classic ice cream parlor. The cookie (sandwich) wheels were pretty bad - the cookies were clearly not made... in house and the vanilla ice cream was bland and had a strange aftertaste. Cones were stale as well so I'd recommend getting amilkshake or ice cream in a bowl. Staff was wonderful though and it had a nice patio. Read more

The ice cream is good but the bill great food is over priced to the point where it only feels right to get ice cream there.

Ate Bill Grays then had icecream. First time in 3 yrs as I have moved to Fl. since. Icecream was as good as I remember, but... waited 20 minutes for 1/2 priced milkshakes, which is why I am writing. The milk shake was more like chocolate milk. Read more

Ice cream is good. Banana split isn't really that good. It's fine but I've had a lot better. I feel like the service could be... more friendly sometimes. Read more

We go to this location generally once a week and order their chocolate almond. I always ask them to make sure there are almonds... throughout! Just about every time, there are not almonds throughout. I start to eat and the first couple bites, I have almondsand the rest of the dish, nothing. Today was no exception. We jus got home and after asking the young lady who cashed us out tomake sure there were almonds throughout, she relayed that message to the young lady who made my ice cream. 2 scoops of ice creamand then almonds on top! Imagine my disappointment when I got past the top layer with the added almonds, only to find almost noalmonds in the rest of the dish! Grrrrrr - I am paying for chocolate ALMOND and I want almonds IN MY ICE CREAM! Not on top butIN! Why is this such a difficult thing to do! Read more
